Went to see Toby Keith over the weekend, after spending a good part of Saturday watching the protesters at the Republican Convention.  Talk about polar opposites.  Like I've said before, I believe that everyone is entitled to their opinion, and the right to protest is one of the things that makes us great...but I much preferred the flag cheering, "USA" chanting, soldier saluting group of cowgirls and cowboys at the Toby Keith concert to the often bitter, irate, shrill bunch in New York.  Now I personally feel that there's no point to protesting the enevitable, but if that's how they want to spend their time...

I especially love the signs that say "Stop the RNC!"

Yeah, like that's gonna happen. I'm convinced that some of those people will just protest anything.

Yeah, like there's a huge contingent for that group.
